Our clients approached us with an exciting concept and a dream. They sought our assistance in envisioning a brand new conference that would travel to key customer locations worldwide, offering immersive creative workshops and collaborative experiences.
Collaboratively, we worked with the team to develop a captivating event name, followed by crafting a logo and event visual identity that would evolve and adapt over the years alongside their growth.
Drawing upon the newly established guidelines, I led the creative team in designing and bringing to life the inaugural four-day event in Vancouver, BC. Leveraging the unique qualities and limitations of the chosen venue—a refurbished Victorian row house—we ensured that the appropriate stories were effectively conveyed.
Emphasizing the importance of versatility and longevity, the creative direction focused on creating custom modular structures that the clients could reuse and reconfigure as they took the show to different venues and locations. It was crucial for the design to feel tailor-made for the specific inaugural event while also remaining flexible enough to seamlessly transition into the future.
